Why can't I download or install the Kite app from Google Play Store?

You may face issues downloading or installing the Kite app from Google Play Store due to several common reasons. Here are the solutions you can try:
Reason Solution
Slow internet Connect to an alternate internet network.
Issues with Play store Close and reopen Play store.
Issues with the handset Reboot the handset and try installing Kite again.
Error with data cache

Clear the Play Store data from the phone settings and try again. To clear data, follow these steps:

  1. Tap on Settings.
  2. Tap on Applications.
  3. Tap on Play Store.
  4. Tap on Storage & cache.
  5. Tap on Clear storage.
