What does the error “exchg not enabled for this user” mean?

exchg not enabled for this user

This error occurs if a particular segment is not activated for the user.

If a user has applied for activating a particular segment & is still getting this error, this generally happens in NFO if income proof isn’t submitted & for MCX if Electronic Contract Note [ECN] isn’t submitted due to which the segment hasn’t been enabled.
