Why did I receive an email from Zerodha asking me to provide a mobile number and email id for second and/or third holders?

CDSL has mandated that the name, address, PAN, mobile number, email ID, and income range of new and existing demat account holders(including second and third holders in a joint account) are up to date.

You will have received the mail if a valid mobile number and email id is missing for the second and/or third holder(s) of your demat account. Provide us with the required details by raising a ticket below.

You can check the second/third holder in your demat account by downloading the CMR copy .

Note: All communication regarding your demat account will be sent to the primary account holder only.
