Why did Zerodha send an email requesting the mobile number and email ID of the second and third holders in the Zerodha account?

As per CDSL mandate, the name, mobile number, email ID, address, PAN and income proof of all account holders must be up to date. Zerodha will send an email if a valid mobile number and email id is missing for the second and third holder of the demat account. Create a ticket with the required details.
