Redemption orders can be rejected for the following reasons:

Your units are not authorised, or you authorised them after the CDSL cutoff time on the redemption date. Non-
DDPI
/POA clients will have to
authorise the units at CDSL to complete the redemption.
- The Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) rejected your order due to factors such as lock-in periods or other reasons. You can check the specific rejection reason in the Orders section on Coin.
- Your order exceeds the available unit balance in your account.
