What is the procedure to reactivate my account?

To reactivate your trading & demat account, write a letter requesting reactivation and send it to our head office along with a copy of your PAN card & address proof.

Alternatively, you can e-sign the reactivation letter and submit it by raising a ticket below. Click here for a walkthrough of the process to e-sign documents.

Your account will be reactivated in 5-7 working days. The client ID will remain the same as before the de-activation & a new password will be sent to your registered email address.

If you had earlier closed your DEMAT account and deactivated your trading account, you will need to fill & submit the demat application form.

Note: If you had your account closed instead of just deactivation, you will not be able to re-activate the same account. You will have to initiate a new account opening here.
