How do I link more than one bank account to my Zerodha account?

You can link 1 Primary bank and up to 2 Secondary Bank Accounts to your Zerodha Account.

Note: With a primary bank account, you can add funds to your trading account and make withdrawals. Secondary bank accounts can only be used to add funds to your trading account.

To add a secondary bank, you need to provide us with a proof of bank account. Accepted bank proofs are:

  • Personalized cancelled cheque (name printed on the cheque leaf)
  • Bank statement (with IFSC Code/MICR No.) - * has to be Self-attested
  • Bank Passbook statement
You can raise a ticket below to submit a scanned copy of any of these accepted bank proofs. The secondary bank account will be linked 24 hours after you've submitted your bank proof.

The Bank proof submitted during Account Opening will be mapped as the Primary Bank Account. To know the process to change the primary bank account, click here.
